2.Emergency maintenance schedule: When we receive a call or email, wewillprovide technical support as soon as possible. After-sales service must be provided by email or video within 24 hours. 

3. Manufacturer's technical support: Shandong Maiyue Medical TechnologyCo.,Ltd’s technical research and development department, after-sales service department provide services 24 hours a day. The spare parts of equipmentare permanently provided. 

4.Repair service charge standard: During the warranty period, all parts are free of charge. Parts damaged outside the warranty period need to be purchased for a fee. We provide free repair video guidance. 5.Training: Different training plans are provided according to different types of equipment, and remote guidance and training are free provided permanently.
