Scope of application: Continuous sealing machine for paper and plastic bags

Using time: (1) After the sealing machine is turned on, before the official start of work. Or before each batch number is sealed.
(2) Use when sealing operation is finished at the end of the day
(3) After equipment maintenance or replacement of major components

Using method: Take out the test bag, check whether it is complete, make sure that there are no wrinkles and no pollution.

After the information parameters on the test bag are filled in one by one, make the plastic side up, the paper side down to the sealing machine for sealing test. The black side is in closed to the plastic side. The test temperature is set to the daily temperature, and the sealing speed, pressure, and time are set according to the actual device conditions.

According to the provisions of ISO-11607 part II on sealing quality, Sealing lines should meet the following requirements: 

★Continuous seal width and complete seal;

★No channel or open seal;

★No perforation or tear;

★No material stratification or separation;
